May Ipsy Glam Bag

I can’t tell you how much I look forward to my little piece of GLAM each month. While every bag contains a product I end up falling for, this months bag has been my favorite by far! So I’m encouraging readers, if you haven’t signed up for Ipsy already, you should definitely check it out. For me, these bags always come at the right time. My mascara will dry out and suddenly in the mail I receive a new mascara! Ipsy, to the rescue! This month has been really hectic for me because I recently moved into a new apartment. Needless to say, I am going to have to learn to manage my money a lot more responsibly.  For $10 a month this is a great investment because I got so much I needed, with a value that surely exceeded $10. I even got a little something extra. So enough of that let’s get to the good stuff.

Isn’t it lovely?! I especially love the cute bag!

Pacifica Roll On Perfume– Don’t really like vanilla but this comes in handy!

Mirabella Lipstick– subtle pink, cute for spring!

Anastasia Brow Gel (Clear)- perfect for days when you don’t have the time or energy to fill in your brows. Late for work? This will keep you looking groomed and fresh.

Zoya Nail Polish- My 2nd polish from Zoya and I love it.

Concealer ?? Don’t know what brand this is from, but it works well.

ANNNND finally….

For being a loyal customer, I also received a little something extra sparkly in my bag. I was so excited when I saw it because I have been eyeing these since Urban Decay posted a preview of them on their Facebook page. If you are not yet familiar with the infamous shadows from Urban Decay, let me show you their newest line cleverly named the Moondust Collection.  I received the Space Cowboy, a gold neutral, glitter filled shade.  You can wear them wet or dry, but worn wet give it that cool metallic look.

All in all, I’ve been consistently satisfied with Ipsy. My first bag came in December and I haven’t questioned cancelling it since then. Looking forward to what June will bring to my doorstep!

XO, Cecil ❤

Selena Gomez

Selena Gomez stole the scene at the Billboard Music Awards this week. I’ve always been a fan of Selena’s but wow did she look gorgeous in that fun dress. Rockin a Versace for Spring 2014, Selena chose the perfect ensemble for that event. The fact that she’s from Texas, and a fellow Hispanic, makes me root for her even more. I am hoping she keeps it up! While her new single, Come and Get It, is more mature than her previous singles, I think she’s a great role model in a sea of classless acts. Go girl!
